PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING:

STANDARD + SHOULDER SEASON base rates listed on the calendar below are double occupancy (first 2 guests). Additional guests are charged $50 per person, per night in the Boho and 1450 cottages and $25 per person, per night in the Pierce and Eisley cottages. The additional charges will be assessed at checkout. A 6% hotel occupancy tax and one-time cleaning fee will be applied to the total. Weeknight dates (Monday-Thursday) already reflect a 10% discount.

HIGH SEASON/ANTIQUE SHOW rates are “flat rate” per night for up to 6 guests in Boho + 1450 and up to 3 guests in the Pierce + Eisley. A 6% hotel occupancy tax and one-time cleaning fee will be applied to the total. See High Season show dates below.

PLEASE NOTE:

The property is best suited for children ages 10 and over. A child waiver must be signed for reservations with children under 10,. This is a pet-free property.
