NO. 1450 AMENITIES
No. 1450 is a 2400 sq. ft. industrial farmhouse with custom light fixtures, reclaimed woods, as well as one of a kind vintage finds. The home includes two bedrooms and two and a half baths, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room with seating for 8, an extensive covered front porch, a full size washer/dryer, cozy bed linens, RVT bath products, central AC/heat, Wi-Fi, and satellite TV.
The house accommodates overnight stays for up to 7 guests with the following arrangements:
Master bedroom (king bed) & attached master bath - downstairs.
Loft bedroom (queen bed and 2 twins) with a half bath - upstairs.
Living Room (twin XL daybed if needed) with a full bath - downstairs.

• The nightly base rate is based on double occupancy (first 2 guests).
• Each additional guest over double occupancy is charged $50.00 per night.
• A 6% hotel occupancy tax and a one-time cleaning fee of $125 will be added to the total.
• A 10% discount is given for weekday nights in a reservation (Monday through Thursday nights, excluding holidays, shoulder, and high-season dates).
• There is a 2-night minimum for weekend stays.
• Maximum of 7 guests with usage of a twin XL daybed located in the living area.

The rates listed are flat rate for up to 6 guests maximum.
In addition to the nightly rate, there is a 6% hotel occupancy tax, one-time $125 cleaning fee.
There is a 3-night minimum during Antique Fair dates unless otherwise noted.
PLEASE NOTE:
Round Top shops and restaurants are generally open Thur - Sun. Surrounding towns (Brenham, LaGrange, Giddings) have more options during the week.
Due to the high-end amenities in our cottages as well as potential hazards to your little ones, The Vintage Round Top is best suited for children ages 10 and up. We do offer child waivers to guests with younger children.
