BOHO AMENITIES

While both cottages feature The Vintage Round Top's Modern Vintage style, the 2000 sq. ft. Boho cottage displays a more modern mixture of boho, glam, and industrial elements. The cottage includes two bedrooms, three full baths, and a 900 sq. ft. great room with vaulted ceilings. The great room includes a living room, a dining room with seating for 8-10, and 2 additional seating areas. Boho is complete with a fully equipped kitchen, a gas fireplace, a full size washer/dryer, premium bed linens, RVT bath products, central AC/heat, Wi-Fi, and satellite TV.  The home has two covered decks leading from the great room and kitchen respectively in addition to private patios for each bedroom. 

Boho accommodates overnight stays for up to 8 guests max with the following arrangements:

• Master bedroom (king bed) and attached master bath with soaking tub plus a separate shower.

• Guest bedroom (2 queen beds) with an attached full bath with shower and soaking tub.

• Great Room (two day beds) with a dedicated full bath.

BOHO STANDARD RATES

• The nightly base rate is based on double occupancy (first two guests).

• Each additional guest over double occupancy is charged $50.00 per night.

• A 6% hotel occupancy tax and a one-time cleaning fee of $125 will be added to the total.

• A 10% discount is given for weekday nights in a reservation (Monday through Thursday nights, excluding holidays, shoulder, and high-season dates).

• Please note there is a two-night minimum for weekend stays.

• Maximum of 8 guests with usage of 2 twin XL daybeds located in the great room.

HIGH SEASON ANTIQUE SHOW RATES

MID-MARCH THROUGH MID-APRIL & MID-SEPTEMBER THROUGH MID-OCTOBER

• The home rents for $825.00 a night with 6 guests maximum.

• In addition, there is a 6% hotel occupancy tax and $125 cleaning fee for the home.

• There is a 3 night minimum during Antique Fair weeks
