The Vintage Round Top has an immediate opening for a Guest Relations & Retreat Coordinator based in the Round Top, TX area.

Who We Are:
The Vintage Round Top is a modern-vintage lifestyle brand that provides boutique lodging and event space for visitors to Round Top, Texas, home to the incomparable biannual Round Top Antiques Show. The brand also encompasses a curated collection of antique and handmade goods, available through the RVT online retail shop.
The Role: Guest Relations & Retreat Coordinator
Location: Round Top, TX
This is a part-time position with hours scheduled on an as-needed/on-call basis. Flexible availability and able to work both week-day and weekend dates (with advance notice) is required.
This role has a lot of room for growth!
The responsibilities of the Guest Relations & Retreat Coordinator include:
Preparing for guest arrivals, guaranteeing the presentation of the property is on point for them.
Coordinating with housekeeping and checking to make sure everything was done correctly.
Coordinating and leading property tours for prospective guests.
Maintaining property supplies and inventory.
Retreat assistance and on-site operations.
Availability for back-up property management and housekeeping services as needed.
On-call communication and availability to address potential issues during guest stays.
Potential assistance with sales and marketing of retreats, events, and workshops.

Location: Round Top, TX
Overview: These positions can be handled by one person or can be separated into two positions. They are part time/as needed that require availability on weekdays and weekends with advanced notice. Approx. 3-5 hours a week.

Social Media / Content Marketing / Events Coordinator
Status: Part-Time 20 hours a week
Overview: We have an immediate opening for a creative go-getter to join our team! We’re seeking a part-time Social Media / Content Marketing / Events Coordinator to help manage brand presence and visibility on our website and across social media platforms. The role assists the owners in creative development, including graphic design, copywriting of assets, photography (a plus), and implementation of these assets across marketing channels - social media, blog and email campaigns. Additionally, the role includes helping market, operate and grow RVT events, retreats and workshops.
This opening is part-time (est. 20 hrs. per week), and a remote work-from-home role, except for scheduled photo shoots at The Vintage Round Top properties (located in Round Top, Texas) and once a week in person meetings either in Austin (Lakeway) or Round Top.
Responsibilities:
Content Marketing: Assist with social media calendar, marketing emails, social posts, blogs and newsletter monetization
Social Media Management: Feed posts, stories, IGTV, paid ads, IG shop, DM’s, video content
Pinterest: Manage Pinterest posting and ads
Graphic Design: Provide designed materials for marketing collateral, social media posts, and emails
Photography/Video: Shoot content and merchandise (experience a plus)
Events, Retreats + Workshops: marketing and operations
Qualifications:
Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
Experience creating and managing social media channels and campaigns
Squarespace and Mailchimp experience a plus
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva
Strong copywriter, developing copy for website, blog, newsletter and social media platforms
Solid photography and editing experience, similar aesthetic and photography equipment (DSLR) a plus
Event operations experience a plus
Organization and administrative skills
