From recipes to photography, fashion and more, you can find it all on Tiffany Mitchell's blog, Offbeat + Inspired. This visual storyteller turned social media mogul lives a life of adventure, and her 175,000 Instagram followers happily come along for the ride. It all started back in the summer of 2012, when Tiffany and her longtime friend Sarah made soap making the subject of their first blog post. Today, you can find Tiffany collaborating with Jeep, Polaroid, Nissan, and Free People, among other big names. Originally from Lexington, this jet-setter now resides in Nashville, even though she rarely rests her head at home.
When it comes to social media, Tiffany knows what works. She has styling and shooting down to a science, and has excelled at creating a cohesive, recognizable brand. By candidly sharing the intimate, and sometimes raw details of her life, Tiffany maintains a unique relationship with her followers Through the ups and downs she is all about transparency, and she strives to remain authentic to her true self.

Travis Weaver - Manready Mercantile
Originally from small town USA, otherwise known as Zephyr, Texas, Travis Weaver never let his humble beginnings get in the way of his big dreams. This self-made man studied advertising and marketing, and got his entrepreneurial start making candles in his apartment. Travis doesn't shy away from hard work, he even went door-to-door selling those candles in an old Budweiser crate.
Today, he has developed over 50 products, and wholesales to over 100 retailers around the world. You've probably heard of Manready Mercantile, Travis' debt-free company with a brick-and-mortar in Houston. It's no surprise that his is website is also impressive, featuring over 500 products from almost 150 brands.
When he's not at the store, Travis spends his time traveling the country, doing trade shows, events and small business consulting. He knows how to monetize a following, and shares his expertise with others. Travis' story is a perfect example of the American Dream, and his life mirrors his motto, "work hard, live well."
