SIMPLE COUNTRY PLEASURES: FALL BAKING

It's the time of year when the holidays will start to sneak up on you. In all the hustle and bustle, we like to slow down with some fall baking. It's a great way to try new recipes you've been keeping for just the right occasion or pull out your grandmother's tried and true classics. In my case, it'd be my mom's. She was lovingly called "Cookie MaMa" by her grand kids for her amazing baking talents.Boy, I sure miss her! My favorite thing she use to bake was applie pie with homemade crust.
