POSITION: MARKETING/CREATIVE/BIZ DEVELOPMENT
The Vintage Round Top is looking for an up-and-coming go-getter and jack-of-all-trades to help grow our brand and business. The ideal candidate will possess skills and abilities to take our company to the next level in the following areas:
Business Development – Merchandise (retail/wholesale, e-commerce), Events (workshops, parties, and event space rental), Lodging/Location Shoots (bookings), Speaking Engagements (set up and organize), Design Services (hospitality industry), etc.
Social Media/Marketing/Sales/PR – Creative content execution for social media channels, blogging, email marketing, PR campaigns, publication liaison, retail/wholesale sales, organize and execute events/promotions, etc.
Administrative/Organizational Skills – Daily business upkeep and organization, assist with new cottage build out, e-commerce management/fulfillment, general administrative/office duties, etc.
Creative/Brand Building/Graphic Design – Assist with the development and enhancement of the company’s website, marketing materials and branding. Graphic design and photography a plus!
Strong Writing, Communication and People Skills – Develop, write copy and provide graphics for packaging, website, advertising materials, product descriptions, etc. Work with guest bloggers, magazine editors, and photographers. Brand ambassador.
Must be proficient in or the equivalent of:
Microsoft Word
Photoshop or InDesign
Mail Chimp
All Social Media and Creative Communication Platforms
Squarespace - a plus!
The position is full time and requires team member to travel to our Cypress, Texas (North Houston) office two to three days a week.
