COUNTRY LIVING SPRING 2014
Paige Hull
To say we are grateful for a second opportunity to be in Country Living Magazine - would be an understatement!
We were contacted by Jami back in March. She was planning to come to Round Top to do a story on the Antique Show. She had been our original contact when The Vintage Round Top was featured in their Feb 2014 issue. She has since been promoted to Style Director.
We were thrilled that she reached out to us to be her liaison. We helped her find a place to stay – and for those of you who know Round Top during the Antique Fair, this is no easy feat. Our good friend Donna, who has an amazing property called No. 3, came through for us and provided super cool accommodations for her stay.
Jami and her photographer Buff Strickland, started their day at our booth in Marburger Farm. After shooting with us, we gave her a list of vendors to check out. Before leaving, Jami bought an original RVT mixed media art piece (shown below). It was her first purchase at the show and the icing on the cake to such an already incredible day!
We couldn't be happier that many of the friends we sent Jami to were also featured as her top picks: Stella Rae Vintage, The Rendezvous, A Tyner Antiques, Junk Gypsies, Shivers, Royers Cafe, and The Prairie!
At the end of the day, we met back up with Jami and our good friend Lori of Timeless Menagerie in Fredericksburg. Of course, we took her to Royers to experience the people watching, amazing food and even more amazing pies. Her fav – Buttermilk!
There is so much more to share about our incredible Country Living experience. Look for more posts coming soon.
In the mean time:
Thank you Jami! Thank you Country Living Magazine! Thank you Mom for teaching me dreams can come true if you dare to believe!
