We just got back from our 3rd family trip to NYC for our youngest daughter to tour and interview with design and art schools.
The city has a special place in our hearts, so we’ve curated a collection of our favorite “tried and true” and “new to us” restaurants, shops, and family fun to be had.
Our favorite bites in NYC:
Jack’s Wife Freda- perfect for a fun brunch with friends or family
Ivan Ramen - the best ramen in all of New York City (discovered from our favorite food show; Chef’s Table)
Serafina - A cute Italian restaurant on the upper east side with lots of charm and delicious food.
The Butcher’s Daughter - the hippest, vegetarian cafe with three spectacular locations including LA.
ABC Kitchen - there are three amazingly designed and delicious restaurants in our all time favorite shop - ABC Carpet + Home.
Chelsea Market - this is an indoor food and market place with a great selection of restaurants and merchants.
We make it an absolute priority to take our kids thrift and vintage shopping in each place we visit due to the economic and sustainability practices of vintage shopping!
