I’m thrilled to announce we’re teaming up with my sweet and uber-talented friend, Jeanne Oliver, to offer a Shopping + Art Retreat during the Spring 2024 Round Top Antique Fair! This retreat has been a dream of mine for such a long time and to get to co-facilitate it with someone I love, admire, and am constantly inspired by - is the icing on the cake! THE ROUND TOP SHOPPING + ART RETREAT
MARCH 23-27, 2024
Come and experience Round Top, Texas with Paige Hull (innkeeper, designer, and antique vendor) and Jeanne Oliver (artist, author, and coach)!
You’ll be staying at The Vintage Round Top in the heart of all the markets! Paige and Jeanne will welcome an intimate group of attendees with an opening meet-up with cocktails and appetizers as they share their knowledge and passion for shopping vintage.
They’ve curated two full days of shopping their favorite venues and local shops so you’ll experience Round Top like a native! This includes early entry tickets to opening day of Marburger Farm where Joanna Gaines, Leanne Ford, Kelly Wearstler, Emily Henderson and many more have found many of their prized pieces.
You’ll learn from and create art with Jeanne; using vintage ephemera, plaster, paints, inks, lino printing and more as well as the treasures you find on the first shopping day. In addition, Paige will share her knowledge as an antique dealer and how she designed and styled The Vintage Round Top property including the upcycling projects that incorporated her vintage finds from Round Top.
Each day will be full of big and little surprises that make coming to Round Top so special, including getting dressed up for a special evening that will excite all the senses. The four night retreat will include great food, conversation, knowledge, and lots of fun!
The Vintage Round Top will be your home away from home and is located within walking distance of ten of the best show venues and only one mile from the charming town of Round Top. The interiors of this highly publicized property will be the muse and backdrop for learning, creating, and communing with other like-minded women to experience the largest antique fair in the United States.

This workshop is non-refundable – You may transfer this workshop to another person if you can’t attend.

SLEEPING OPTIONS + PRICING
We’re offering a variety of sleeping accommodations to fit your budget and privacy preferences. Please note, the Shared King Bed options are located within the larger masters on the property and can be requested in groups of two if coming with a friend. Each of you would need to purchase a ticket in the same category, and then email us if you’d like to room together.
LOFT ROOMS – The semi-private, intimate sleeping loft has one queen and two single beds with a half-bath upstairs and usage of a full bath downstairs.
KINGS are shared beds located in the two large master's and one studio cottage. All have ensuite bathrooms.
QUEENS are one person per bed in a shared room with an ensuite bathroom.
SINGLES are one person per bed in a shared large studio room with an ensuite bathroom.

MEET JEANNE + PAIGE
JEANNE OLIVER
Jeanne is married to her dream maker, Kelly, and the mother of three funny and creative children. She homeschools her children even though she has tried to get out of it a few times. You can often find her hiking, creating in her studio and finding an excuse to have another cup of coffee. She speaks and teaches all around the country and abroad. She was told that she needed to find that one thing but she doesn’t like listening to directions so she embraces many loves and that has given her a sweet mash-up of family, art, and travel. Connecting with women and sharing that each of us has been creatively made is one of her passions.
Jeanne is also a best selling author, creator of the online art school jeanneoliver.com with over 70,000 members from around the world, creator of the Creatively Made Business curriculum, and podcaster.
PAIGE HULL
Paige is married and the mom of three incredible humans. She officially became an empty nester this year when her last born left for college. She’s an avid and passionate creative who loves scouring flea markets and finding artisan/makers to curate unique finds to offer on her online shop.
She and her husband, Smoot, created The Vintage Round Top - a boutique lodging + events property in 2011. Paige designed and decorated all the cottages and outdoor spaces in her signature “Modern Vintage” style - a trendsetting, artful mix of clean lines with vintage and reclaimed touches that marries style, sustainability, and soul.
She later developed a lifestyle brand and also produces events, retreats, and workshops on various topics like business, branding, social media, marketing, and design.
