The Vintage Round Top property is the perfect place to hold your holiday celebrations - Christmas or New Year’s! It’s conveniently located on Hwy 237 only one mile from Round Top and sits on an acre-and-a-half of beautiful country pasture. It consists of four boutique luxury cottages and sleeps up to 21 guests (see details below).
The 1450 and Boho cottages are attached through a hallway, allowing for groups to have use of two fully equipped kitchens, two dining rooms, six bedrooms, seven-and-a-half bathrooms, and numerous living spaces. The 900 sq ft Boho great room has a gorgeous fireplace, multiple seating areas and a farm table for ten with room to add a second table for a total of 20, if needed.
The two additional Cozy Cottages are located in the back and you’ll have exclusive use of full property, including outdoor spaces, porches, gas grill, gas firepits and basic holiday décor that you can bring your own to add to or upgrade to include a RVT fully styled decor package.
The full property consists of 6 separate bedrooms with 11 beds plus 3 twin XL daybeds located in the common spaces of 1450 and Boho. See the details of each below.

SPECIAL FULL PROPERTY HOLIDAY PACKAGE PRICING:
$1350 a night plus 6% hotel tax + $425 cleaning fee with two-night minimum.
